One Night Stand Designer Dress Hire

"Poor customer service. Ordered a dress but cancelled well in advance a few days after booking the rental, dress still available thus didn’t take up any ‘slot’ and was issued a processing fee even though nothing was posted and refund only in store credit. Website is very misleading, had store credit details hidden and omitted from the clearly labeled ‘refund policy’ where the website talked about issuing the money to your account upon cancelation. Very disappointed, website is a scam please don’t make my mistake and trust this business, now I have lost $200 to this company with nothing in return. Please be careful."
