"I was in urgent need of extensions for an upcoming event and found Lushalox on a whim. Walked in while the owner was with her last customer of the day and explained what I needed before rushing off to an appointment. While I was gone, she worked after hours to create a custom extension piece for me. Came back after my appointment and she showed me how to attach it, then got me to do it myself to make sure I knew how haha. Handsdown the best customer service I’ve ever had. I also bought the Lushalox brand shampoo and conditioner while I was there and both products are incredible, containing peppermint which is really soothing on your scalp and helps with oily roots. Highly recommend :)"

"My hair was very dry and split and wanted to get a trim and get hair extensions until it grows back in good condition again. Sophia was so thorough cutting the split ends. It took quite a while and she said it was a technique not many hairdressers use today as it takes too much time. My hair is curler and healthier now due to the good cut. She also coloured my roots with a low ammonia colour so it won’t be so drying compared to a normal colour. She colour matched the extensions to my hair perfectly. No one knows I am wearing them. Also the weaving is excellent. They will never come off. She knows a lot about hair and advises you along the way on how to look after the extensions and different styles to wear. Even her hair care products are really good at reasonable prices. After service is also great. I love my new hair. It looks so natural. Thanks Sophia."

"I was desperate to get my regrowth coloured as I had a conference to attend in Robina. I read the reviews on lushalox and made an appointment for the afternoon. I was a bit nervous as I have had some really bad experiences with hairdressers. I was running late as I was traveling from Northside of Brisbane into the Gold Coast.Sophia was very understanding as I arrived 35mins late. She made me feel very welcomed and very comfortable. I have very thick hair and I always feel like hairdressers find it too hard or they always make me feel like im a freak for having so much hair. Sophia was absolutely amazing, she showed so much care and professionalism with sharing of information on how I can better care for my hair. I would absolutely drive all the way back to the Gold Coast to do my hair because she’s worth it! I highly recommend Sophia. Thank you so much for having me and I look forward to seeing you again."

"I saw Sophie to remove my extensions after moving to Australia from Canada. I had travelled for quite a bit before coming to Australia and my extensions were in a pretty bad state. I thought that I would have to significantly shorten my hair to remove them, and was really worried about how it would turn out. Needless to say, I had a lot of anxiety going into the appointment. I found Sophie on Google and read her reviews and decided to see her. I'm so glad I did. Sophie was so patient and kind and downright amazing.
