"Personally would never ever recommend this salon for Keratin Bond Extensions…. I went to this salon and had my hair done by the owner (I had absolutely no knowledge about keratin bonds) and was left extremely unhappy and disappointed! My god I wish I did my research first! Don’t let my mistake become yours! I paid an excessive amount ($1,200+) for the absolute minimum amount of hair possible (75 bonds were quoted, they Installed 78 but some were cut in half!). The extensions constantly fell out from as quick as week 2, by one month I had a total of 12 bonds completely fall out leaving my hair looking absolutely disgusting! I brought the issue up at the week 2 follow up, I was THEN informed that I can expect up to ten a month to come out, considering the excessive amount of money I paid for such little hair was extremely alarming. I was in constant contact with the salon and at first I was made to feel reassured about the issue and was offered to return and have the hair that had fallen out RE-APPLIED. Upon my first visit to this salon it was explained to me they weren’t able to RE-APPLY extensions that fall out.. As this didn’t sound right to me, I did some research and confirmed the extensions were absolutely not able to be re-applied as this is NOT what this product is intended for. I was given this information directly from the Great Lengths the extension manufacturer. I will also note that the shampoo I was pretty much forced to purchase in this salon was full of sulphates as well as benzoyl alcohol. These are ingredients known to break down keratin bond extensions and definitely shouldn’t be used! After back and forth for almost an entire month and requesting a refund, I was then accused by the owner that I “couldn’t afford the maintenance” as well as being accused of “only wanting a refund because my event was over and I was done with the hair” I was finally offered to have the extensions I lost replaced with new hair after I mentioned I spoke with her supplier and that the hair ISN’T to be re-used! I had lesser issues with the second application but still had some fall out, I then chose to have them all removed after month as I found the quality of hair to be extremely poor. I have since gone to another salon and have had double the extensions fit in my hair at double the length and far far better quality! Do your research!"
