"The level of service and communication from this business is so poor. I saw Kiel the general manager for my tax return and was absolutely disgusted with the mistakes made. I even got a letter sent from the ATO regarding an issue with my return and when I confronted Kiel about the mistakes that were made he didn't even apologise. In fact, he wanted to charge me to make amendments to my return for his mistakes! I made it clear that I needed a face to face appointment to discuss my concerns and he was conveniently too busy each time I asked and kept emailing me regarding the issue I needed fixed, which for me is bad customer service. Call me old fashioned but it is much easier and quicker to get things straight in an appointment (that I was willing to pay for), than emailing lengthy and confusing emails. He did not return my initial call for an appointment either. Then he was away for a week so I called the office to see someone Kiel had recommended while he was away, I was told by reception the lady would call me back as soon as she was free and of course I got no call. The people in this business have no idea how to deal with people, are rude and they definitely do not care about your business. I should have known that even though they are cheap in price, cheaper is not always better. If I could rate no stars I would! Shocking and disgraceful service. I have had to find another accountant to redo my tax and write a letter to the ATO explaining the mistakes from Dean and Cooper. Do yourself a favour, don't go here for your tax!!! They don't know anything about attention to detail and definitely don't care about your needs."
