"This so called NFP is a dodgy business, harassing tenants for over due rental payments when found out to be completely untrue , rental payments were ahead, Staying over an hour in a one bedroom studio taking 122 photos of my small place. Demanding keys from me to cut when I had to go to work and still paid and living there , this happened first inspection, Brought in an unqualified employee to inspect my house. Wasn’t declared on form 9 they could be fined up to 11,000.00 for not declaring a second person on form 9 especially when I’m a Domestic violence victim. The 122 photos the property clerk took showed no cleaning required and wear and tare Because I had to ask her to leave my house as she was bullying myself and neighbour who was with me , she decided to charge me a 450.00 bond cleaning on an already immaculately cleaned house. This woman plays with a dishonest deck of cards and I had to report her to fair trading it has caused so much stress and mental health issues that it’s hard to cope with the above charges paying for moving and being on the disability pension. She demanded a steam cleaning in front of my neighbour, the steam cleaner ruined the carpet, buckled completely have photos and shreds of carpet were pulled up. The property manager said this was my responsibility. Said the walls that were ruined by no ventilation ie no range hood and no ventilation in bathroom was my fault. A 10 mm chip on paint was my fault , shower towel rack that was replaced by previous maintenance had chipping was my fault, dirt on outside of door that cannot be seen in her photos , dirt from constant construction dust daily 20 metres away was my fault. Patches and paint exact latch for picture hooks were my fault when perfect in her photos and mine with perfect results and there is more. I know of 6 other tenants who have contacted fair trading about their behaviour and I have done the same. The property manager then discussed my personal business with another tenant, I felt violated."

"100% Avoid, especially if you are an interstate investor looking for a reliable and trustworthy property manager. The routine inspections were done with low quality images and there was no communication regarding the images that were taken. Requested more photos and follow ups to discuss the matters but got advised that there were no issues in my property. Suddenly, I was given photos of the bathroom containing mould from other job. This is not something that occurs overnight, it is a build up over time. Once again, no communication from the property manager A couple of work was arranged without my consent and received an email an hour before the bill came. The Accounts payable team paid the wrong amount towards the water bill and took 3 months to pay the outstanding balance. I escalated this issue to senior management but got the answer that my property manager is the best one they have so I have changed the management company. They didn't even have a key for my property when new manager was there to take over and the ledger regarding my property was a mess. My poor tenants were left feeling frustrated from a complete lack of communication. I would avoid at all costs."

"What an appalling experience. We received the property filthy dirty and when asked to help with cleaning and fixing broken items we were left on our own, only to get our bond withheld when leaving even after we fixed and paid out of our pocket. Not sure if this is the company's standard or just the property manager.... Shame on you...."
