"Great service from the day I signed up. Luke is a teacher so you can be sure you gonna have the best instructions on your test day. He was patient and clear during the whole day and he is going to make sure you get out of there with the best knowledge. Make sure you practice or get some lessons with Luke prior the test. You must have the minimum experience."

"Was told my test would be done in a couple hours. I was there for nearly 10 hours and I eventually passed without a single error. I found luke one of the most unlikeable and rude instructors I’ve ever met. I didn’t know till the 11th hour if I’d even passed. He didn’t even tell me if I had passed till it was quarter to 6 at night and he asked for my credit card to pay. I passed the theory for Jet Ski and Boat with flying colours. Turns out the people I was with failed 1 or 2 questions. After him bickering with all of us after a while he said “ok I’ll let the people who failed retake the test but I would have to also retake it” With new questions in different order and if I got a single question wrong I would have to come back another day (which he said wouldn’t be for weeks) I found that ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I passed it already I answered all the questions correct? Of course like I said luckily enough I still got them all correct. He constantly made me felt like I was doing something wrong, that he was weirdly doing us a favour or tried to make people feel not confident they were doing the right thing. I would HIGHLY advise anyone on the Gold Coast to go to another company. I’ve since spoken to multiple instructors about my experience and how he handled that day and they said that is not at all how it’s done or handled. I was also booked in with two other friends of mine and I have since told them it is not worth their time and to forget about their deposit and go with a different company which they took my advice. Just a word of advice for Luke. Don’t be a knob head to people. Doesn’t help to smile and communicate better to people. Especially over the course of a 10 hour day…"
