"Every year I try and get a taxation statement, every year I get the runaround. Called on the 10th and rold it would emailed and hard copied that day. Call on the 20th only to be told that people who have payments made via credit card can't actually be processed due to ongoing computer issue. When further pressed, I am informed that this has been ongoung for 7 WEEKS."
