G'day Parks Head Office

"I've been coming to Pambula Beach G'day Park for over 10 years. It has omproved accommodation BUT the wifi service is almost non existent. It's about time G'day Parks Head office IT department did their job. Relays and a booster network is needed urgently to improve coverage in the par to an acceptable level."

"Time for caravan parks to review their smoking -non smoking policy Have had a family ( 3 vans 6 adults 2 teenagers) arrive and all cigarette smokers. Park put them around a van with a young family ( 2 girls 5 and 7) The smoking got so bad and thick during their “ happy hour” it apparently caused the young 7 year old to have a asthma attack and go to hospital. She returned in morning with no lasting effects. Signs all around the park and on visitors induction sheet about “ no smoking areas” yet the park puts 3 vans full of smokers within 1-2 metres from non smokers Heated words were said between other park users and smokers during meal times later during the night when a “ bong” was produced Campers put up with these smokers for three days sucking in their secondary smoke. Maybe time for parks to have designated smoking areas or have non smoking parks “Wonder what legality would be to the park if that child had a serious seizure Just a thought"

"Disgusting refund timeframes. Made a booking as a "Best Mate" via their paid reward programe that we payed hoping for better service. Made a booking at two of their WA sites that required refunds as their system aloud the bookings when the park was 'fully booked' first one i recieved within 2 days the second more expensive bookimg has taken now two weeks to hit my accounts and still no sign of the refund being made. I keep getting the same run about from head office. I am now in the process of taking legal action through the ACCC to have these parks held accountable. Would not recommend. The Parks do not also cater for young people. With noise complaints being made even though we abided by every single park rule. The manager at the Swan Valley Park has been the only one to attempt to do the right thing by us, head office terminating calls when calling as they cant seem to deal with the conflicting situation they have caused by not promptly refunding my account for monies paid 12 days prior."

"Booked 2 sites with friends unpowered sites one was standalone with Roof top tent & one with tent we asked to be together and that was not possible because the sites were full, which was not full at all. I had to pay extra to pitch my tent on a powered lawn tent site to be able to be together and his camper on a unpowered site. This park’s layout needs to be reconfigured as it is ridiculous. You have unpowered camper on 203 running an extension cable across the powered tents site getting free power so I paid for his power, how F——-g ridiculous. The staff at the reception whom served me didn’t care she was rude and not very helpful. WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN. Very Disappointed"

"I find your website very frustrating to use. When I select a park I should be able to get all the details from that request, not details of another park that is nowhere near where I’ve planned to go. The G’Day parks and their staff are wonderful. It’s something your Head Office needs to attend to. The one star ⭐️ is for your Head Office website. When it’s fixed I’ll send you positive feedback."
