"This review is for about 13 years back. Hopefully by now there is new staff/management who don’t mislead the public. My review might not be relevant now, however I thought to add it in as the public or your clinic might like to know. It was a lady with Uk voice back then, she did an excellent job replacing a filling on my tooth, however their clinic advertisements which brought me in had very misleading words. I wanted teeth whitening for an in office/chair procedure done and read their words “come in and see us today for teeth whitening”. When I mentioned I would like to have this done I had no idea the advertising was talking about taking a whitening kit “do it yourself” home treatment. She proceeded to take photos of my teeth for a tray they had to make, still leaving me in the loop as to what was going on. I was extremely disappointed when she explained this is your tray to take home and whiten your teeth with our gel yourself, you will have whiter teeth. Being younger and naive I got conned into the whole lot! If this happened to me today I would have spoken up and said your advertisements are very misleading making the public think we can have our teeth whitened at your clinic. Wording on advertisements should have stated “come and see us today for a whitening treatment kit and have your teeth whitened at your home” If it were written more in detail I would have understood. I never went back to your clinic again because of the mistrust. As mentioned, perhaps time has moved forward and not relevant today, it might have advanced there, however, your team can use my feedback to improve any new management advertising. Also I don’t want the public to fall with misleading wording too and making aware. That’s not to say the home treatment kits are no good, they are good and it worked to whiten my teeth but let the public know their options in your advertisements that it’s a take home whitening kit. On a positive note, 13 years later and all is good for my replacement filling, it’s still looking a nice white and strong on my tooth."

"Gentle and efficient and is sensitive to the patients needs. Waiting time is very minimal. I had a wire corrected and the job done was amazing, way better than the original dentist who made the roof my mouth feel like sandpaper, something I thought I just had to put up with and was relieved when Jenny corrected it. Both dentists have a lovely nature and star dental is now my family dentist, both my kids go here also."
