"Just had a horrible experience. Was about to do a cosmetic Tatoo and call them about the numb. Decided to go there because I live just close by and the lady from reception told me to wait for about 10 minutes because they wasn’t busy at all. After nearly 30 minutes waiting she decide to tell me that unfortunately the dentist was busy so wouldn’t be able to see me. Was so upset because end up missing the appointment. They should be more organize and more professionals."
