"Empire pools did a great job. Mark was very understanding and was happy for us to go step by step as our budget allowed. There were a couple of hurdles along the way but we worked through them and ended up with a nice pool. The only negative comment I could make would be around the pool handover. A contractor is used for the handover and we didn’t get a whole lot of useful information as far as looking after the pool goes once it’s finished."
