"Stud earrings are rubbish quality! Backs of earrings keep slipping off changed twice and same thing kept happening, said I want a refund, I have owned them for a couple of months, they refused, the earrings cannot be worn, the backs are super thin and bend easily when taking out or putting back in. Resulting in one of the round circles at the back just falling onto the floor, under consumer law it states I can have refund or exchange, they are under a 12 month warranty which they will not provide. I have never had a problem at any other retailer returning broken/faulty items for full refund during the warranty period. Placing blame on the customer is not professional at all. Try hiring some aussies born and bread and maybe some males to break up all the bi#ching."
