"Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. No eye contact, no greeting, simply ‘what would you like?’ Had to explicitly ask for a bag and napkins since none were offered. And sub making was sloppy, with incorrect amounts of salad thrown into the hinge of the poorly cut and squashed bread, and drowned in sauce. When opened at home, half the salads were falling out. Are staff not trained correctly or does no one actually care?"
"Super rude manager, had an attitude and basically threw the napkins at us and walked away before we even grabbed our subs off the counter."
"WARNING: Arrogant, rude and discriminatory approach by a staff member. I have been living in the house across the road for last 3 years and I am also a regular customer of this Subway branch. Unfortunately, at around 4 pm on 4th October 2022 I felt insulted by the one of the staff members. I am very friendly and gentle in nature. Normally I visit this store during evening and I haven’t faced any drama before when hardworking ladies are on shift. But today , As soon as I place the order gently, the staff member gestured rudely. He said “You do not need to be loud, otherwise I will not take the order” My voice was normal and polite. I replied “That is rude behaviour” and left. That crew didn’t care casually. I will not visit the store again and neither my friends. I personally feel that because of this kind of employees the businesses are suffering. They can change the job but after ruining reputation of the employer. Being educated person this was awful moment for me. Please verify my normal facial expressions and tone on cctv camera and hopefully will get the answer."

"This is the Third time I have ordered the Vego Delite with Avocado and have received no Avocado on the Subway each time. Also have paid for extra cheese and didn't get any cheese at all.This last time ordered cheese on both the Subways and didn't receive any cheese at all. One piece of Tomato and One piece of Cucumber on a Footlong and got Capsicum when I didn't ask for it"
