"Pictures of a chicken roll I got months ago (got fobbed off when I complained, didn't even want the picture when I offered to send it) 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it.... Today's attempt was worse, it was so soggy, it was wet, and less chicken. We only got a roll because they had run out of chicken at 1240 in the middle of a lunch rush and was a 40 minute wait This business is ripping customers off, they charge you for a roll that should have chicken in it and give you a stingy poor quality product. Then when you provide feedback they won't offer a remedy. Do yourself a favour and give them a wide berth"

"I never review anything but this place keeps disappointing me over and over again. Tonight I tried to order 6 flavour wrap combo's and the person at the drive through couldn't understand what iam saying after 4 attempts and 3 more at the Window... So tired of lack of communication skills and the ability to deliver what I have asked for. This has been happening for some time now and will start reviewing more constantly (even waiting last week at the window for 20 minutes and not being served just to answer to rude staff) absolutely disgusting."

"This Red Rooster in Southern River is extremely disorganised and the manager Ronnie is not the most friendly staff to deal with. Our second time being told they cannot fulfill our order. We wanted to order 8pcs fiery fried last month, the guy at the checkout already keyed in our order to go, next minute the manager came out saying that they can't do any fried chicken and told us they can't take any orders at all. It was about 2pm and 4 staff were there not including the manager. Then 2 days ago, it happened again. Placed our order on the app and got there 15 mins after to pick it up. Then the manager told us that he has to refund us and can't cook our fried chicken again. I said we are happy to wait, the young staff at checkout said 30mins but Ronnie interrupted to tell us it's at least an hour wait. We were very confused. There were 5 staff members that day, the girl in the kitchen obviously said she can start frying and will take about 15-20mins. But Ronnie insisted No but to refund us which he said will take 5-6 days for the refund to be processed. I firmly told him I do not want a refund and was happy to wait an hour and told him we will go home first as it was only a 5mins drive. Shortly after we got home, I got a phone call to say the chicken is ready to be picked up soon. We could have waited there. I really do not know what was the issue with this manager not managing the orders well and being so rude at the same time. I hope the owner of this franchise knows that he has been turning away people from ordering."
