"Workers were slow and despite knowing exactly what parts I wanted they still didn't remove them. My friend went there the next day and bought the parts for me so then he had to wait over an hour. ( I could have grabbed exactly what I needed in 15 mins) but the bloke just stood around and eventually told me they were closed. Was a good waste of a day driving over 400kms.. next time I will go elsewhere."
"What an amazing experience - they knew within minutes whether they had the part when i called. When i turned up, they actually removed the damaged part (rear bumper) and showed that the rear tail bar was missing - which was the actual reason for the multiple bumper replacements i have had to do, at top dollar, without anyone previously commenting that the underlying structure was missing. in this they showed top notch mechanical know-how. They were incredibly generous with their time, and with their pricing. couldn't recommend them more highly!"
