We understand that navigating health insurance can be confusing, which is why we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. If you bring your health insurance card to your appointment, we can obtain an estimate of the insurance rebate from your insurer via our HICAPS machine. A treatment plan estimate will also be provided to you prior to treatment commencing, including item codes and costs.

We value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice, allowing us time to rebook your slot. Please note that Dr. Negoescu charges a non-refundable $50 deposit for cancellation of his appointments.

To maintain optimal oral health, our dentists recommend visiting Midland Dental Centre every 6-12 months for a standard oral check-up. However, if you have a particular treatment requirement, more frequent visits may be necessary.
