Pinelli Estate Winery Restaurant

"Tucked away in Caversham, this winery is a great find. The entrance is at the roundabout and opposite the what was formerly the BP (now probably changed to an Atlas) servo. Great atmosphere and service in the restaurant. I had the beef fillet and wise woman (my wife) had the pork belly. There is a daily specials menu as well to add to the selection. The portions are good and even though we wanted to, we could not fit in dessert after the meal. We will return again to try the other selections on the menu. I ad an aged tawny port to accompany my meal and liked it so much that we went to the cellar and bought a bottle to bring home. Definitely recommended!"

"Took my sister for her 65th birthday & unfortunately the food was very, very disappointing. 3 of our guests ordered pasta. One was cold, we let the waitress know & she took it back to the kitchen. When it came back it was still only barely warm. The other 2 pasta dishes (linguine with clams) was absolutely horrible. Pasta tasted like it was just boiled & then plated with a sprinkling of clams. Very little to no flavour. I ordered the fillet (& I'm still not convinced it was an actual fillet), it looked good but was quite tough & again not much flavour. I do have to say that the service from our Italian waitress was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the menu/wines & just very pleasant. The atmosphere was great, loved sitting outside with a beautiful view of the vineyard. We did say something about the food to the manager & he did take off the one cold pasta dish. For the amount of money we spent we would expect the food to be MUCH better."

"Came here to celebrate our mother's 92nd birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The food was superb and the service excellent. The atmosphere was cosy despite the extremely cold weather outside. Thank you for the lovely surprise birthday tiramisu. We can definitely recommend Pinelli for its food and service."

"Really enjoyed lunch here with friends. Pinellis is in Caversham around the Swan Valley area. They have a fairly limited menu but still cater to most tastes. There's a small specials menu also. The main restaurant has a nice comfortable feel and service was friendly and to a high standard. The place was full soon after we arrived but food was still served in a timely manner. The food was also delicious and my fillet steak was cooked perfectly medium as requested. All of my group enjoyed their meals. Desserts also catered to a variety of tastes and all the ones we ordered were excellent. Wine tasting is of course available and there is reasonable parking available onsite. My friends and I look forward to coming back."
