"My son has a sore throat that feels sharp, worried if it is his tonsils am I allowed to being him in fir assessment NO. But he can have an assessment over the phone - doctors must have super powers to see into his throat via telephone. So disappointed in this practice used to really like being able to take my kids when they were sick. Now only able to make appointment if well apparently."

"Whatever you do, do NOT speak with Marilyn. Lacks any compassion whatsoever and merely lays down supposed laws of restriction. If they are true at all. After a recent knee operation, I just needed to have the dressing checked. I was refused. And why? Because I hadn't been to Tandem health for 2 years and because I wasn't referred for the surgery from there. I could offer a plethora of health reasons and the extenuating restrictions I have found myself in over the last few years and why I have not been to Tandem on a regular basis but this woman was not listening. Or caring. At this stage of Knee op recovery, the pain is very consistent and travelling to Robina where the referring doctor ( who has since stopped practice due to her own health issues) was situated is not an easy trip. Just sitting in a car for any length of time is excruciating in my present condition. I realise Marilyn is the vanguard to keep the hordes from overworked doctors but i think if any of those doctors had heard the conversation this morning they would have been appalled"
