"While the rooms are generally tidy, they need to address the mould in the bathrooms before it gets out of hand. Reception was closed my entire stay which meant no assistance whatsoever if you need it. The room had tea and chocolate but no coffee, and of course no reception to ask. The Covid throwback of contactless check in is difficult when their system doesn’t provide you with accurate details. All in all, tidy and cheap, but only good for a night or two max."

"We booked through a 3rd party company and the process was easy and efficient. We found it a little impersonal that they aren't operating a reception. The reason was given as Covid-19 Precautions, whilst I would of understood this 12+ months ago, there isn't any reason for this now. The room was ok, however the TV Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, we spent over 45 minutes trying to get it to work without any luck, the room needs some repairs, the room sound proofing is terrible, we had issues sleeping as all we could hear was traffic all night. Despite there being blinds, light from the road would come in also preventing sleep or waking us up. The motel is located in a great location with Pacific Fair being about 4 minute walk, located near Dracula's, several other smaller shops and right near the tram. Parking was terrible and we had one night where we had to park up the road as all the parks were taken. Overall if some improvements were made in terms of the room, noise, parking, etc we would happily stay again."

"The location is excellent. Just across the road from Pacific Fair, beach and kids playgrounds are nearby, walking distance to great cafes and restaurants, and many public transport options. Although reception is closed, management is very responsive to email communications. The room was fine. More spacious than the average motel room. Some of the cupboards were sticky/oily and didn't seem like they were cleaned properly. There can be a bit of traffic noise, in case you're a light sleeper. Pool looked clean, but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it."
