"USE FLOWERS ON Q THEY ARE MUCH BETTER (BERMUDA ST) I'm not one to leave reviews but felt this was needed. I have supported this business for many years being that I have lived in Burleigh all my life and it being convenient as they are local. The owner has always been rude as per many other reviewers have said. We had some flowers organised for a family member who's mother had passed away. We went into the shop and liked a bunch that was already sold, she said she could do up the same bunch. fast forward our family member who received the flowers sent us a message with a photo of them saying thanks, I was mortified at the bunch, looked nothing like the one we had seen in the shop, there was a brown leaf!!! and 3 yellow roses, 3 Lilys and a bunch of weed looking plants. I literally apologised to her as they really did not look that nice... I specially liked the bunch in the shop as they were nice and bright, red and pink roses ect and the flowers our family received were yellow :( When I called, the owner answered and she didn't have much to say other then she would pass on the message? You are the owner, so that's a cop out to not have to deal with an upset customer. I won't be returning. I have used a business called flowers on Q on two occasions when Burleigh didn't have any options in store and that's the only place I will go now. I recommend checking them out before Burleigh Blooms, their variety is always nice, great service and did find they were cheaper for what you were getting, especially in this case! They are a 5-10 minute dive, located on Bermuda St."
