"Andrew from Major Auto Technic would have to be the best mechanic I’ve ever come across. He is highly skilled in his profession and runs a slick operation. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding his trade. While performing a routine service he discovered an issue. He called me and informed me of the situation, suggesting I come in for a discussion. He explained everything to me about what was required including the worst case scenario, all in simple understandable terms. It’s very rare these days to find someone who possesses virtues such as honesty and integrity. My Mitsubishi Triton Ute suffered a catastrophic engine failure known as the “Black Death”. I approached the dealership hoping they may help me by ways of a “good will” claim. The warranty had only just expired. Mitsubishi Midland said nope, and went as far to say, “even it was still under warranty they wouldn’t fix it.” Andrew fixed the problem for me at a fraction of the cost that Mitsubishi Midland would have charged me. Fully recommend Major Auto Technics."
