"Did not have a good experience with the psychologist here. The psychologist basically wasted my time each appointment talking about trivial things, and after 4 sessions she still had no plan in how to proceed. Also multiple times I get text messages asking me to rebook after having told them each time that I don’t want to rebook and to close my case. Thankfully I have found a much better skilled psychologist at different clinic. I don’t recommend connections counselling."
"Extremely helpful. I was one of those people that strongly believed they would never need counselling. I was desperate for change when I met Mark and was pretty convinced he would not be able to help me break through my issues. Mark is genuine, the real deal with a good sense of humour. He has a keen ear and asks questions that really get you thinking. He helped me dig down to the root causes of my issues and from this was able to provide sound advice and also recommend reading material that helped me on my journey to recovery.
