"We purchased a 7 kva generator for a back up for a solar system. We had a problem starting it after a short while and took it back and it was fixed straight away. A short time after it ran out of warranty, we had a problem with it not starting. We took it back and they discovered that a fuse had been dislodged. They replaced the fuse and fuse holder with another style of fuse that can’t be dislodged gratis. You can’t ask for better service than that. The generator runs fine otherwise. We are very happy with it."
