"Subcontractors save yourself from these scammers,first they trap you offering minimum wages ,which is 50 hrs a week so calculate your minimum with 50 hrs not 38 hrs"

We had an issue with a delivery coming unexpectedly early, and they were not only able to easily redirect to another delivery location but also had the driver contact me prior to the delivery so that I could ensure someone was home in time. The ability to track the progress of the delivery via GPS was also greatly appreciated"
"Missed my initial delivery of a mattress and subsequently rebooked for a re-delivery. I took the day off work for the re-delivery to ensure I was home all day, only to find out that my delivery had been cancelled because they delivered the mattress to another customer. No notification was provided and I only found this out after ringing them up. The person on the phone then delegated the blame on the mattress manufacturer by saying that the manufacturer double booked the delivery and I would need to organise a replacement (even though they had delivered to the wrong customer). I dont believe this is the case as I have an image of my mattress which was provided by the courier during the first delivery so I was clearly the intended customer, even though they had made it out to be a mistake. There is a lack of organisation, communication and accountability. Would not recommend this service."
"Having worked in an industry that uses couriers and transport companies daily, i feel it should be commended how well this company does their work. I ordered a product Wednesday night and had it the next Monday all the way from Sydney and it was completely undamaged. Looks like they took pride in being gentle with a fragile product. This level of service is something rarely seen in the industry. Will recommend to others."
