"Nathan & the team @ Crown BNB were a pleasure to deal with, I highly recommend Crown BNB to anyone for short or long term engagement to get your property promptly and professionally listed on AirBNB and the other short term / holiday letting platforms. They were very flexible - managed to get my property ready and listed within a week to capitalise on the Christmas & New Year period which yielded a great result that continued through to June this year when my situation changed and I had to sell the property, again, at very short notice. Crown BNB was with me every step of the way, by keeping the property clean, well presented and maintained up until the sale settlement date. They even managed to secure a few more bookings in between open homes etc, during the contact execution and settlement period thus making the most of the property to gain as much rental yield as possible. I am very impressed & grateful of how flexible Crown BNB were with my unique situation and facilitating the early cancellation of our agreement whilst still ensuring maximum protection and occupancy which says alot about their integrity and professionalism. If I have another property anytime in the future that I can use for rental / AirBNB etc, my first choice will be Crown BNB."

"Prior to using Crown BNB to manage our Gold Coast house we found that it was both time consuming and less than pleasant managing it ourselves. Arranging cleaners, managing the booking system, getting the price right and dealing with the clients were all time consuming.
