She never fails to give a good price - great half price sales are always popping up. My go-to gift stop for reasonably priced but lovely silver pieces."

"Very unsatisfied with the customer service. Poor service! I bought a chain two to three weeks ago for my husband and it is too big. The sale assistant Christina said she could not do anything about the refund. Well, it is under the legislation that a full refund will be offered within 30 days of purchase if it is unfit for the purpose!!! She said this is under their company’s policy. Well, it is your company’s policy but not the legislation from Consumer Law. Instead on the other hand, she is trying to upsell me to change for another chain which I require to pay an extra $80 or I could have the old chain shorten by $50. What a great service they are providing?!?! Who would buying something that does not fit them and require to pay extra to fix it!!! Very very poor service and money grabber!!!"

"It was fantastic to walk into such a great looking store everything clean and sparkling and all the staff looking fresh and well presented. I had visited a couple of jewellers before where I was ignored and the staff more interested talking about there massive night out in surfers! Leanne came over and introduced herself and she was a breath of fresh air she listened to,what I was looking for showed me a few examples I never thought jewellery could be so interesting. I couldn’t make up my mind which one of the two to buy so ended up(with a slight persuasion from Leanne) lol bought both!! Thank you to all the staff for making it a fun time especially to you Leanne. Most appreciated and I will definitely be recommending you and the store to all my friends"
