"Very disappointed in Robins kitchen, had to get a few things last weekend to add to a birthday gift, went to pay cash and sales person says only card.. seriously if I didn’t need this I would have not got gifts. I will not purchase until Robins accept cash.."

"I bought a sifter a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately it was useless. When I returned the item to the shop, the sales person was quite cheerful until she realised I wanted to return the item. Her demeanour changed so quick. She asked why I wanted to return the item and I said, it was useless and got stuck when I had flour in it. She then proceeded to sift an empty sifter and said "I'll have to take your word for it!" Seriously!!! Is she calling me a liar? From that moment on, she was abrupt, curt and not unfriendly. I did ask if they sold the wind sifters and she said they never had (that was the end of that conversation). I had to ask if she wanted my credit card and where to sign on the receipts. She was so unfriendly and rude. I can't help it if the product didn't do what it was meant to do. She offered no other product option to use from their line of products in the store. My husband was with me and even he commented on the change in her attitude once we left the shop. So very very disappointed. Last time there for me."
