We had enough time to feel all the mattress around the store with not pressure at all, when we where ready Rob explained to us the characteristics and benefits of the mattress according to our needs. "Sales process with Toner was good. Our only issue was the base we ordered was not on the floor and is higher than we would have liked. Delivery chaps were excellent Post sales we had an issue with the electronics in the base and whilst we were not happy they came out the next day and replaced the parts. So all in all a good result and we would recommend them all"
