"A somewhat overdue review, however my experience with my king cloud v was almost flawless. Helen was amazing to deal with, patient with me, and made the process a dream. The only hickup was with the delivery date which was delayed a couple of weeks, but I did recieve a courtesy call, and the delivery drivers did not show up when scheduled making my life a little bit difficult. But it was easily worked out and all is well that ends well. The final product was better than I expected, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase / investment in quality and comfort. Thank you Helen, I will most certainly be purchasing from Southport King again."

"It’s so sad that my great experience of visiting Southport store two months ago leads to a negative review today. I’ve placed a big order of $30K with Kingliving and been hoping for a delivery to be 28th Aug. I’ve called store two weeks ago as well as calling their customer care and both confirmed shipment is on the way and I should receive it by 28th Aug. As getting closer to the delivery date and I haven’t heard anything,I had to call HO(head office) and asked about the delivery. The person answered said they don’t have enough information and will update me this week about Monday 28th delivery. I’ve decided to call store as well to talk to manager who served us but she was not available and one of the team looked at my order. She said order is delayed by 3-4 weeks and that’s all she can see and gave me dispatch team’s number to call them. I’ve been extremely disappointed and frustrated. For the third time I called HO again and this time a lady answered and advised me that my order is not ready and will arrive by mid October.(this time 7 weeks delay) Three different messages from three different people. Shocking absolutely shocking. I’ve sent an email to store manager and awaiting a reply but have to say so far my experience has been awful. Dishonesty and mixed messages is all I received from Kingliving. I wish I read people’s review before placing my order as if I did I would never ever shopped with this brand. 23rd August:received automated response from Kingliving in reply to my google review.provided them with my order number and still waiting for a response."

"I am so disappointed to be given no alternative but to leave this review - I never normally give poor reviews as I make a point of speaking to the provider and sorting things out that way. However, after years of aspiring to get a lounge suite from King Living (Jasper), I finally achieved it and was so happy; it looks fabulous in my living space. However, after only 6-7 months, we noticed that the seats were sagging terribly, which was surprising for a "premium product". Due to a busy life, we did not report this to King Living until we had the furniture for 12 months (there is a 2 year warranty). An engineer was sent who turned up with a foam insert which, he said, would be surprising if it had any affect; it didn't. We then reported it again and said that the springs are not strong enough (we are not obese and do not have young kids) and the seats had sagged again. Another engineer was sent out with 2 inserts on this occasions. We said that this was no good and we had been told the springs would be replaced and he told us that is not what he was told. I immediately complained to King Living as I knew the end of the Warranty Period was approaching. We were fobbed off in circular email correspondence just to move us passed the Warranty Period and they have now told us that they will not be doing anything further, unless we pay. We have since discovered that King Living furniture is not Australian Made, it is just Australian Designed - quite different and it is, in fact, made in China. This is not what we paid a premium price for. I will be taking this further but I just wanted to warn anyone considering parting with their hard-earned money for a premium product when, in fact, the furniture is cheaply made in China! "Absolutely disgusted by this company and the lack of care and customer service! I brought my mum and I a lounge each and was told a delivery date for 6 weeks time, it is now at the 8 week mark and I have had to call myself and try and organise when our lounges will arrive! I have had no help or answer from anyone in the store or at dispatch. When I called, the store the manager refused to speak with me or help me sort this issue out. I have never had to deal with a company who wants to take no responsibility at all. We now are left with no lounge and it has been two weeks since the ‘arrival date’ with not one person able to help or advise what is happening! Avoid this place at all cost! It is not worth the money or stress! Shame on you Kind Furniture."

"We are on our second lot of leather covers for our delta sofa and the same thing has happened again! Weird discoloured marks all over it! I have followed the cleaning instructions and we had to wait 12 weeks for the replacement covers and for them to be fitted! Really disappointed in what I thought would be a great buy! Would not recommend a leather sofa from king to anyone"
