"DO NOT TAKE ANY PUPPIES HERE FOR CHECKS OR ANY CONCERNS OF BLOOD IN POOS, rickets from CLEAR malnutrition, blind from no sunlight, ignored us when we said he needed working only to turn around after feeling his tummy and say it’s one of the worst cases they’d felt then continued to fail to write ANY notes on any of our concerns, faught against us asking for a blood test for legal reasons to sue the backyard breeder since he was meant to be a therapy dog for a level 4 cerebral palsy child. Staff infection on his head they say is fine (we’ve raised 3 litters, it is NOT puppy pimples) AND WE INSISTED HE NEED A JAW CHECK from malformed jaw, she dismissed all concerns and now he turns out to have infection in his lip and they have called us to tell us to go elsewhere. Specifically Dr Jade."

"Every time I take either of my dogs here they always give me good honest reassuring advice and are nurturing of my stress levels when it comes to my animals as well as respectful. I very much trust the vets here and the girls at the front are always very friendly and personable too."

"AVOID THIS VET. The vet was super condescending. My dog has really bad teeth because she is very difficult and strong, I asked for any alternative than their almost $2000 quote for cleaning ( every teeth extraction is $300) she procede to explain me how if I neglected her oral higiene I had not other alternative than pay, I try to explain that it was out of my budget , but silly me apparently she knows more about my finances than I do."

"I used the Greencross Robina groomer for the first time. I explained exactly what I wanted and showed her a photo of the last time my dog was cut. When I picked my dog up I hardly recognised her. She had been completely shaved!!! Not only was all her hair gone, but she still had long chunks of hair on her back legs I had to neaten up myself, her pads weren't done, and a knot was left in one ear. It took her 5 and a half hours to do a rubbish groom. Update: was contacted by manager who asked for more details. Said she would talk to the groomer and asked me to email photos. I did as she said and never heard from her again! I'll show before and after photos"

"Vets that really care. Dr. Rob, Dr. Danni and Dr. Louise. Highly recommend. I am really fussy with my kids care and they are wonderful. Sometimes things are serious and they also support the owner with genuine care."
