I thought my stunning, art silk rug was permanently destroyed after dog urine, tea, oil, wine and a disastrous experience with a call out carpet cleaner turned my gorgeous beige silk rug into leaked yellow brown stains everywhere. It was unusable and a complete disaster. I was recommended Fresh Aire, and on calling them was immediately impressed by their knowledge and service. They came and picked up my rug, took it somewhere magical and returned it (owner Franco personally delivered it). I CAN NOT believe the result. The rug literally looks new- stains gone and rug restored to its original brilliance.
