"Very very poor job. Definitely do not hire. Oven not cleaned, windows and screens not cleaned, bathroom cupboard not cleaned, blinds not cleaned, walls wiped with dirty rags and a whole lot more to mention. Called them back to fix the issues. I was told they did not have the chemicals to clean the oven and get tape off the windows. I suggested what to get and he didn't want to know about it. We spent 2 hours cleaning the oven to get it clean. The final inspection was done and the list was long. I called but no answer. I emailed but no answer. We spent another 5 hours cleaning the house. So much for the 100% guarantee. We paid $650 for the job. Very unprofessional. Looking to get a refund now. We are putting a complaint in to Consumer Protection. No one should go through what we have gone through."
"Highly recommend for bond money back. Excellent customer service and great work. Very professional, very polite and friendly staff. They were wearing personal protection equipments and safe handling. Perfectly done work really pleased. I got my whole bond back. Thank you guys for helping me get my money back. Their price was very affordable and detailed invoice was provided for all the work conducted. Happy customer, I will highly recommend who wants bond money back. Carpet looks awesome after they have done cleaning. Thank you very much for your service. Keep up good work."
"I hired these people thinking that they would be professional cleaners. They are the worst and they website is all a sham. They charged me $390 for cleaners who were very unprofessional and arrogant. They came to my house with no ladder, no mop and no microfibre cloths. What kind of cleaners. I didnt even know their names nor if they were police cleared. They refused to the the walls and threatened to charge me extra even though it was on their checklist for an end of lease clean. There is no difference with getting someone from gumtree or something. I had to do a whole lot more cleaning after they were done. Honestly not what I was expecting from "professional" cleaners. Worst service ever. I would never recommend these guys and I will be sure to warn every about them."
