"Our entire experience with Clint and Sam has been a pleasure. When we first went looking for an engagement ring, I wasn't sure what I wanted. After doing a lot of research and spending countless hours on pinterest I had the beginnings of an idea about the cut and setting. I then went into over 10 different jewellers but found myself looking for something that didn't exist. By chance I walked past Nordhoff in Mount Lawley. The beautiful store fit out caught my eye and when I went in I was greeted warmly by Clint. For the first time I found myself in a jeweller that had quality and great customer service. Clint was very patient with me and listened to my ideas. I went back with my fiance and we talked about the design with Clint & Sam. They didn't try to push me into something different and worked with us to design something within our budget. Clint was able to source 3 different ethical diamond options in the cut I wanted prior to us making any commitment. I was able to physically hold these diamonds over my finger to help with visualisation of the final ring. Throughout the design process Clint & Sam's communication with us was great and during the making of the ring they kept in touch with fiance so he was able to pick it up on his own and surprise me.The final product is stunning, fits my finger perfectly and we loved the whole experience. We then went back to Nordhoff for our wedding rings. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our custom designed rings that are millimeter perfectly sized to our fingers. I couldn't recommend Clint and Sam more for their quality of product and customer service. If you are looking for an ethical, local, family owned business this is the one.
