"Very disappointed, they are very unprofessional. And I would never recommend them to anyone. No we were told we were booked in on Monday, they gave us a time. We waited all day and not one phone call to say they were running late they won’t be able to make it today. Again we are booked in on the Tuesday same thing no phone call no text message to say I’m really sorry we’re running late we won’t be able to make it. So on Wednesday my husband rings and speaks to the lady. Who said she should’ve answer the phone in the first place and said that somebody would be messaging us today to arrange for someone to come out. So then we get confirmation that we have been booked in for Friday morning. And 1 o’clock comes and we still haven’t received a phone call or a text message so we send another message to ask if they’re coming. It took another couple of hours to get a response. And they want to know if we want to be booked in for next week? I understand that things sometimes can happen people get sick but if you are running a business and you’ve organise for someone to come out at a time it would be professional if you could call or send a text saying that you’re not going to make it instead of letting people wait all day thinking that someone’s got to come out."
