"Went here to have a Seiko resized to fit my wrist. Absolutely butchered job with the side of the bracelet scratched up from their 'work'. So disappointed as I took my brand new watch here. Had to take my watch to another repairer to have it done properly. Turns out Watch and Gold Hospot did not replace the pins properly with two sleeves missing. In their defence I have walked past this store many times and have admired their Seiko collection on sale and usually it was a different guy in the store. I was served by an Asian guy about 30 yrs old with glasses and a pony tail, maybe he was filling in for the day but heed my advice avoid this guy at all costs. If he can't resize a bracelet how can you trust him to do anything else to your watch?"
