"Really disappointed their inconsistent service. The receptionist forgot to pass the urgent message to the doctor. Booked at 9:00 for phone consultation but got a call 10:30. There was no direction for the duration of antibiotics and wrong dosage to my 3 years old daughter. Requested doctor's explanation regarding the issues which isn't my fault. The response was to book the appointment tomorrow and pay for the consultation fee, which I don't need to pay as the doctor should have done his job in the first place. Of course, there were no apporlogies."

"I just had a wonderful experience this morning at AHA Seaford Meadows Day and Night Clinic.the waiting period was reasonable, admin staff were helpful and friendly and my doctor was ever so friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thanks everyone for making my Doctor's visit so welcoming and comforting. I never really look forward to visiting the Doctor but today's visit was exceptional!!!"

"Our family has been patients of this clinic for 8 years now. We couldn't be happier with the service, care and attention given every single time. Dr. Guthrie, you are an absolute angel. We can't thank you enough for being apart of our family for the past 8 years and watching my boys grow. Nurses and reception staff are absolutely delightful, always welcoming and always up for a friendly chat. Nurses are very well knowledgeable and very caring. I have never had a bad experience with this clinic. I have seen many doctors throughout the years through AHA and they are always lovely, thorough and easy to communicate with. Always have top care. "Honestly just answer the phone. Receptionist told me the wait was so long because they were getting a satellite installed. I find that very hard to believe considering I’ve had the same issue for years essentially. She also told me she was the only person answering the phone for both clinics that day. But the other clinic was closed. I won’t be going back and I’ve been going here for years - just can’t deal with how inconvenient it is to get ahold of someone. I couldn’t book online either because there was an outstanding balance on my account yet they keep my card on file so that should have been automatically charged? It is quicker to drive there than to call them, which I’ve done twice. The doctors are fine but the admin is not. I thought it would improve once they stopped bulk billing but it’s not better. And before you reply with “you’re happy to discuss personally” and to send an email - don’t bother because I’ve already wasted enough time (and money) dealing with you."

"I did not have a booked appointment at the clinic but walked in on the off chance I might be seen. My dog had scratched my eye that morning. Was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Adrien, (our usual family doctor, Dr Guthrie, who is fantastic was not working on that day) who was exceptionally professional and thorough. Always find the practice to be helpful. Glad to have such a wonderful facility locally."
