"Rooms are very clean and nice. We stayed only 4 nights, and we did not have room cleaning but the staff at the reception desk were friendly. There is a nice terrace on the roof where they have a bar and you can eat very good pizza and listen good music."
"The hotel is an extension of the Club. Plenty of open parking front and back. Reception staff were wonderful; professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are a typical hotel room layout with QR code on TV for in room dining. The club has food and beverage offerings to dine. Small improvements suggested.... 1. Toilet lids need to be slow closing, avoiding the loud banging noise of the lid hitting the bowl. 2. There is not enough full length hanging space for dresses; coats etc., as the open wardrobe has been shortened to accommodate a little shelf. A couple of hooks and shelf placed near full length mirror would assist. At $300.00 per night for a basic room a coffee pod machine needs to be offered. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. Iron and board work. Air con worked well. Full length block out curtains with sheers over large window. Interconnecting rooms available. Location is approximately a 15 minute drive to the Mirage Marina, Seaworld Drive - a $35.00 cab fare."
"Hotel was clean. Staff very accommodating. The convenience of the club right next door is amazing. Built in chrome cast in the tv was a nice added bonus. Would stay here again if in the area."
"Booked a room because of the proximity to the hospital and was left very disappointed. Couldn't sleep well due to the dark curtains not fitting the window properly so it was almost as light as daylight from outside lighting. Couldn't prepare for my surgery correctly as there are no microwaves in the room and being on a strict diet of certain foods that I could not just purchase at the club next door. So I was left with no choice but to eat bread rolls and biscuits only for 48 hours in the lead up to my surgery. We were put into a disabled access room for 3 nights which left me wondering " where would someone who really needs this room stay if needed whilst we are here" .. Couldn't see the sense in it as there were clearly other rooms available. For the not cheap price we paid for our stay we wouldn't stay again."
