Lights Out is our weekly hour-long event where you can switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just dance. This is not your typical dance session; it's a cool and exciting way for adults to get fit, lose weight, and exercise. Dancing in the dark offers numerous health benefits for the mind, body, and soul.

When the lights go out, it doesn't matter what you look like or how you dance. In the darkness, we let go of all inhibitions and simply enjoy the freedom to dance. Our Silent Disco Under the Stars events provide an opportunity for the Gold Coast community to come together and join our Lights Out tribe as we dance beneath the stars.

At Lights Out, there are no fitness or dance instructors. This is your time to switch off and dance without any judgment. It's your chance to unwind and focus on yourself. Dancing is not only a fun activity but also contributes to a healthy mind, body, and soul.

Our weekly adult dance fitness session takes place every Tuesday at 7pm at the Broadbeach Cultural Centre. We will be returning on September 5th. Additionally, we host events at various locations, so be sure to check our website for details.
