"Used getting it done home maintenance to install VJ panels and install some doors. Was told it was a very simple and easy job. The carpenter was outsourced and did not show up on the day. When he showed up the next day he did not know what he was doing and was very rude. He installed the VJ panels and doors. Broke our $300 door handle in the process, all the panels were lop sided and they just used gap filler over the mistakes. Half the doors catch the door frames when closed and don't align properly. After 2 weeks the panels started popping from the walls creating large cracks and damage to our cornices. We contacted Trent over and over for 12 months until he finally came back out. He put a couple of nails back into the panels and told us to fill the gaps and left. We supplied all the doors and panels and it still cost us over $1,200 for this. Absolutely regret it, could have done a better job myself."
