What sets Morph Therapy apart is our innovative use of special brain scans known as QEEG. These scans allow us to gain a deeper understanding of how the brain is functioning, which in turn enables us to provide evidence-based interventions that are truly tailored to each individual's needs. By "re-training" or "re-wiring" the brain through harnessing its natural power to change, also known as neuroplasticity, we are able to offer drug-free and personalized treatments.
One of the therapies we offer is the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), developed by Dr. Stephen Porges. This protocol is widely used by mental health professionals, therapists, and sensory integration practitioners as an adjunct therapy to help regulate the nervous system, process external cues more effectively, and create a grounded state of safety and receptivity.
In addition to our specialized therapies, Morph Therapy also provides support with NDIS applications. If you already have a plan, we offer Special Support Coordination, Support Coordination, and Recovery Coaching to ensure you receive the assistance you need.
As a Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist and Positive Behaviour Support Clinician based in Perth, Western Australia, I have a passion for working with individuals of all ages, from children to adults. I firmly believe in the power of small steps and the strength of the mind. Together, we can reframe your world and make progress on your journey towards a better life.
I am proud to come from a culturally diverse background and am fluent in Persian (Farsi). At Morph Therapy, appointments are primarily conducted face-to-face, but we also offer telehealth services when necessary.
