"Mr Honda would be embarrassed by the disappointing level of service offered by this organisation. My review is based on a fairly consistent but now deteriorating level of service for 4 separate bookings over 3 years since I purchased my car. Here is what I have consistently experienced: 1. Car is never returned on time. The best I have experienced is 1.5 hours after the promised time and the worst more than 3 hours after the promised time. Excuse frequently given was we don't have enough technicians on duty. Sorry but that is not an acceptable excuse. You took the booking and promised a return time and then expect clients to wait because you do not have sufficient staff on duty. 2. Faults reported are seldom fixed with the excuse that the fault could not be replicated so no action was taken. Once the car is returned, I can then step back in the car and replicate the fault every time. 3. Staff lie directly to your face. Recent example when a steering wheel was being replaced under warranty and the car had still not been returned more than 90 minutes after the promised time (they had the car for 3.5 hours at this point). Was told by a staff member that the delay is due to the fact that we have to be really careful replacing the steering wheel so we don't set off the air bag. Really bad lie as the first rule when working on air bags is you disconnect the battery so the air bag can never go off. I lost all trust in this organisation at this point and they certainly lost all credibility as well. Car was finally returned after more than 4 hours and I subsequently found out that it had been sitting in the parking lot for more than 2 hours whilst I had been waiting. 4. Staff are rude and offensive and accused me of lying about discounts promised due to poor service. Recent example, after yet another long wait for the return of my car I was offered $50 of that service and promised $50 off my next service. Come to pay for that recent service and query why the $50 was not deducted and the staff member stated, we do not offer such discounts, (in an accusatory tone) who said this to you. My response, you did at my last service go and check the last bill. Staff member checks the last bill and then complains that I should have told her about the discount before the invoice was prepared. She had no clue that she was being rude and offensive with her tone and manner. Crowning glory for this staff member is that she said to my wife after all this, is your partner always such a pain in the arse. This was from a Von Bibra Service representative. 5. Car is almost never returned washed (although I pay for this as part of the service cost) all except for the last service when the staff member (after abusing me to my wife) goes and gets the car from the car wash and returns it to me soaking wet. Had to spend 1.5 hours polishing out water spots when I got home. 6. Every time you service your car there is always a number of upsells that are offered. Last time was adaptables (what the hell, just say air filters) on drop off, a further phone call for an engine protector cleaner fuel treatment and then a further phone call for a pollen filter, all trying to push up the cost of the service. Given all the issues I have listed, I have serious doubts that all of these (if any) were actually completed. I will never return to this service centre and Honda should take the rights to service away from this organisation. It is damaging the Honda Brand and reputation and I would never purchase another Honda car simply because I want to avoid having to deal with the Service process and personnel. By the way, new $60,000+ car I test drove whilst waiting for my service will not be purchased from Von Bibra as I could not suffer through the service process lies and abuse ever again."

"48 month log book service including 4 new tyres. We were offered a loan car for the day the new Honda CRV BY Ainara J she was very pleasant professional and a great representative of Von Bibra. Sinatra also organised a valuation of our Honda jazz which was appreciated."

"Serviced my car last July and have found some issues which are still under warranty period, Here now after 6months they never got back to me and refused to replace for the parts that are clearly mentioned on my paperwork. Everytime I called them the answer was 'someone will call to discuss with me' which never happened. I don't recommend Von bibra Robina."
