"Great young staff members! I went in today and the eftpos machine was down. The staff members handled the situation so well and were very kind and friendly in their approach. They were apologetic and tried rectifying the situation. I came back a bit later instead when the machine was back up and running. I didn’t mind waiting a bit as they were so kind! I wanted the owner to know they tried their best!"
