"Purchase from Mr. Shaver in Perth WA at own risk. Product is great; service is shocking. My order arrived 3 weeks after purchase. When I questioned the whereabouts of my order, I was told that since the item was dispatched, delivery was no longer their concern- and that I should instead take it up with Australia Post directly. When I pointed out the legal reality, that they are responsible right up to delivery, instead of any apology, they instead claimed they were doing the right thing by informing me of any tracking - which only happened on my queries. When I informed them that it was taking too long for the item to arrive and that I had made a purchase of the same item from elsewhere ~ and therefore wanted a refund, they ignored me completely. In short, nil responsibility from these people, only blame for everyone else."
