"Not impressed with their customer service today. People who ordered their coffee after me got their orders before me because apparently my coffee was with skim milk and the lady who was doing skinny coffee was rather slow. At least that's the explanation I got. Turned out she had made the coffee but didn't bother to call my name , and I was just standing there the entire time. That might look like a minor issue but for a cafe, these minor things make your customers loyal to you."
"This is my happy place to be to wind down on the days you need a smiling face or your feeling tired or even just wanting to sit down and relax for awhile. I have always enjoyed coming here for my chai latte the staff always remember what I have which I think is important for building a great rapport and wanting your customers to come back!! Food is great value and tastes great every time, I bring family and friends here as it’s where I know I’m not going to be disappointed. The Wednesday pizza day is yummy at a great deal at a low price of $10, come in and try their daily specials. I’ll be returning tomorrow to get my daily drink and see what is on special. Enjoy people come by and meet the beautiful staff."
"Food is poor quality for the price, service is not much better. Chicken Caesar salad was nothing but iceberg lettuce with tiny fragment of bacon. No fresh chilli in the kitchen at all despite being located next to 2 grocery stores. "Salad" and 1 small Pot of tea $30."

"I find the owner of this establishment very courteous very polite and it is a pleasure to come and dine,always with a smile ☺️ on her face. The atmosphere is great. And the prices are affordable. Please when in Nerang come and try for your self you will not want to go anywhere else believe me. One of the best my Husband and I have been too on The Gold Coast by far.And yes we come here slot."
