I take an integrative approach to counselling, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

One area in which I specialize is parent/child separation. This encompasses individuals who have experienced separation from their biological parents through alternative care processes such as adoption or foster arrangements. Additionally, I also provide support and guidance for parents and caregivers of such children. Separation from a biological parent can have long-lasting effects, leading to issues around trust, relationships, and self-esteem well into adulthood. I am here to offer a safe space for healing and support for individuals who have suffered trauma and feelings of abandonment from their childhood loss.
