"This is the last shop in Perth you would take your car for any repair. RAC has sent my car for repair, they are very arrogant and refused to show the quote before they start repair. @ fitted after market headlight @Cant even do wheel alignment properly - I had to take it to BobJane to fix it. (shop owner has been running the business for 56years but he doesn't know how to check simple wheel alignment with tape measure) @ did not even bother change out broken indicator light @broken top panel - not even bother replacing it @wiper bottle tube not fitted - was leaking Took 6weeks to fix the car for nothing and told me to complain to RAC when I raise the issues. Had to deal with RAC and organised with another repair shop who had to replace/fix dodgy repairs by Frank Newman. RAC should realise and remove from authorised repairer otherwise they will be cope with $$$$ rework bills."

"I was referred by RAC to them as an authorised repairer. The lady there was condescending when I asked for an insurance quote …I had minor cosmetic damage on my car, so I asked so that I would know my options to go with the excess or private for a quote. I was refused this simple request. Was told they only do insurance work and don’t bother with private as they have “plenty of work”. They didn’t bother looking at the car until I gave them an insurance reference number. When I gave them the insurance number they took pictures of the car without speaking to me , then a day later started calling me incessantly to daily to bring my car in the next Monday … when I raised some concerns about my experience and asked an insurance quote again they didn’t bother responding to my email… then I saw the 1 star reviews on google . My conclusion: All they care about is insurance dollars , they are not helpful and are not kind, and have no customer service skills. I will definitely get my car fixed elsewhere . They won’t see a cent from me ."

"Picked up my car today after repairs. Very nice work on the body panel and fast turnaround time as well. Only 4 stars as the inside of my car has dirt/dust everywhere."
