Priceline Pharmacy Oasis Broadbeach

"My girlfriends and I went into Priceline to grab a few things for a wedding (tan eyelashes etc) and when confronted with the wall of about 100 eyelash options, Chrystal came over and was an expert! We then moved to the tanning section, again with vast options available, and she gave us her recommendations based on our needs. Her customer service was exceptional and her assistance and knowledge for all our queries was super helpful and much needed. A simple shop turned into an extremely enjoyable experience! Thankyou Chrystal! Also to Priceline Broadbeach we thoroughly enjoyed the options available. My only criticism would be that Woolworths had Bondi Sands on sale, so it would have been appreciated as a customer to see matched pricing or a reduced price to show the customers that the business is interested in staying competitive and putting the customer first. Thanks again Chrystal, your service really made our day - 5 stars are for you!"

"I'm just writing to share my experience with whom I assume was the manager at priceline today. I popped in after a tooth extraction to get a script filled out. I've forgot to pay and was called later on which I missed. I called back right away and was informed I forgot to pay. I was very apologetic and said I could come in tomorrow to arrange payment. The guy on the phone said he was 'under pressure' from his manager to take payment over the phone. I was driving home but was happy to oblige as it was definitely my error. He puts me on hold, and some rude, as gold coast sounding as they get broad snarkily says 'CARD NUMBER PLEASE' I replied jokingly with a quip 'Oh i'm good how are you?' and she said 'CARD NUMBER PLEASE'. She proceeded to record the number wrong and the payment failed. I ran through it again very slowly so she could hear it. She advised me the payment went through, I then we on to say how sorry I was and she just hung up the phone! Christ alive I know it was my mistake for walking out (30 mins after a tooth extraction mind you) without paying, but I was so responsive in getting it sorted and was treated like an absolute criminal. Poor form Priceline, way to kick a man when he's already down."

I went in after having bad redness on my face causing me embarrassment , A staff member by the name of Krystal offered the best customer service experience I have ever received, Krystal was non judgmental and even gave me samples to try for a week so I don’t go wasting all of my money and products to buy that would help now. Krystal’s knowledge gave me the confidence in the products I was trying, I recommend seeing her for your makeup or skincare needs. Thanks Priceline"

"My son and I went there on Mother's Day and he bought me a Rimmel retractable Brow This Way eyebrow pencil. He paid cash, $17.99. Every time I tried to use it a piece broke off. I phoned customer service to make a complaint. I spent ages on the phone. She asked me to send an email with photo which I did. I told her we hadn't kept the receipt and she said that's ok. I phoned again today on the 8th of June to ask what happened. She took ages to find my email so I waited patiently. Then after asking me more of the same questions again and wasting more time she told me that they couldn't help me because there was no receipt. I was so frustrated by this service and waste of my time. I even spoke to the manager and she said we can't help you. This is very shoddy."
