"We stayed in the Point View Apartment in Bilinga for 23 nights. The place is in a great location, opposite the beach, but it isn't near any shops or cafes. The place was really grubby, filthy, greasy oven, dirty range hood, dirty windows throughout, all the roller blinds have mold on them, marks on the carpet and walls. The cupboards and drawers needed cleaning and the shower had black slimy mold, the vents in the toilet and laundry were blocked with dust and there was dust and dirt on all the ledges and edges in every room. The power points and light switches were also very dirty, fingerprints, food etc. The iron is rusted and pieces fall off. We also had an invasion of cockroaches as well. The lounge suite is torn and the material is rotten from the sun. It is a shame that it has not been maintained and kept clean as it is in such a lovely spot."

"We stayed at the Elanora property which was a fantastic place to stay for the week. We loved the area and staying right on the water was great. We travelled to the worlds and DFO everyday from Elanora and it was an easy drive. The property was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Only reason it wasn’t 5 Stars was due to the oven and cooktop being difficult to use. The GC Holiday Home staff were easy to deal with and communication regarding check in / out and house details was great. We would definitely stay here again."

"Kiwi couple enjoyed 10 wonderful days at Pelican Sands. Apt is spacious, light and bright. Comfy bed with memory foam pillows. Good kitchen and spacious dining room and lounge.Wonderful to have the Gold Coast pathway between apt and beach. Only negative was the noise from the Highway and Airport and the Apt could do with a lick of paint. Otherwise very good and we would return."
