"CHECK DOSAGE & PRESCRIPTIONS I had a troubling experience recently with this pharmacy. My daughter was prescribed antibiotics for the first time, and something about the dosage didn't seem right. I asked a doctor friend to review it after-hours, and to our surprise, the pharmacist had made a mistake on the dosage. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but what was more concerning was the pharmacy's response when I called to report the error. The person I spoke to lacked empathy and didn't seem to appreciate the gravity of such a mistake. It wasn't the response I expected when bringing a potential risk to their attention. I'm leaving a 1-star review because of this incident. My advice is to double-check your prescriptions and dosages, especially at this pharmacy. It's better to be safe than sorry."

"Just purchased my son's antibiotics (repeat) at this pharmacy, I was charged $22. The first script I picked up southlands pharmacy for less than $15. It's the exact same product (brand & size) and such a big price difference. I will never purchase another thing for pharmacy 777 Willetton!!"
"Went there to return an Amazon parcel as part of return service they do and the staff were not really helpful nor want to do this, before they said it takes 30 mins for the return code to appear on their system so I went to shops and came back and then they said the label maker isn't connected . When I asked why they couldn't tell me in the first place the response from on of staff was " things happen" no apologies for wasting my time when I came with a kid who was meant to in the bed by the time."
"Went in at 7am, half asleep and in a mad panic to find something to give my husband relief. The pharmacist was absolutely lovely! So patient and helpful and very sympathetic of my non-awakedness. I really appreciated the excellent assistance and the price was great! Not to mention that they were open so early. Legends!"
