"I wish I had read the reviews! This company was recommended by the real estate for a vacate clean and did an awful job! They suddenly became uncontactable and refused to answer calls or messages. They DO not guarantee a reclean within 7 days as promised. When organised to come fix their cleaning they just never showed up as arranged"
"Stay away at all costs. Your initial contact with them will go smooth however after the appointment day, if your place is requiring any extra work good luck getting through unless you threaten them. Communication is definitely lacking once you've paid your fee."
"I booked this company for an end of lease clean and carpet cleaning. The cleaners evidently showed up and the house smelled like the carpets had been cleaned however that is the only positive I can list here. The kitchen sink, stovetop, laundry sink and shower glass were all covered with cleaning product residue. The toilets were not adequately cleaned. Powerpoints were not dusted. The oven was dirty. The property was damaged (two vertical blinds gone and nowhere to be found). I scheduled with the cleaner a time for them to return to the property but they did not show up and did not communicate to me beforehand that they would be unable to make it. I had to request the invoice for the property manager multiple times before it was provided. I'm $600 out of pocket plus the money that will be taken from my bond. I would never recommend this company."
"Correspondence was shocking, took 2-3 days to reply and they don’t answer their phone at all. The only time they made an effort to speak was when they were chasing money to the point where I thought it was a scam as they kept asking for payment and claiming the cleaners were at my house cleaning when they were not. The cleaning wasn’t bad but they didn’t clean all windows as I paid them to and the walls were still left dirty enough for the real estate agents to tell me it’s not good enough. I tried to contact the cleaners in regards to this and as expected they ignored all messages, emails and of course they didn’t answer their phone."
"Fantastic end-of-lease cleaning. The house has never been so clean before. They are professional, punctual, used quality products, and provided top-notch service, and excellent communication throughout. Ask for Brandon and Adrian if possible, they were just wonderful and made the process easy. Excellent value for money too."
